Scott L. Poorman is a partner in Beck & Poorman, LLC, a law firm located in Hayden, Idaho. Mr. Poorman received a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University in 1989. He received his law degree in 1992 from the University of Idaho College of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Poorman worked for the Department of Justice on the Exxon Valdez oil spill litigation, and was Senior Civil Attorney for Kootenai County where he provided legal advice to county departments and the Board of County Commissioners. Mr. Poorman practices in the areas of municipal law, real estate transactions and litigation, construction law, land use and development, and general business law. Mr. Poorman is also the attorney for the City of Huetter.
